Tristen Andrews

I’m an operator at my core—an Executive MBA graduate in Strategic Leadership from the University of Tennessee with a track record of building, scaling, and optimizing high-performance organizations across both the private sector and military environments.  My entrepreneurial journey started early. At 17, I founded a moving company that scaled to 47 employees within its first year and ultimately exited through acquisition after just 14 months. That experience shaped my passion for helping young entrepreneurs turn raw ambition into structured, scalable businesses.

Professionally, I’ve led large-scale operations at Amazon, launching and scaling a sub-same-day fulfillment center that captured 80% of regional volume within three months while improving throughput and forecasting accuracy through data-driven initiatives. In parallel, my leadership in the U.S. Army has reinforced disciplined execution, accountability, and the ability to operate under high-stakes conditions—managing $35M+ in assets and leading complex, multi-layered teams.  

Today, I focus on equipping the next generation of entrepreneurs with the strategy, systems, and leadership mindset required to build real businesses—not just ideas—because I’ve lived the challenges they’re facing from the very beginning.
